With an optimum camera and lens configuration, the hyperbolic mirror H3S can cover the field of view of 360 x 106 degrees. The L distance must be set to about 82 mm.
The following table shows the optimum focal lengths of the F lens for typical chip sizes of the sensor using H3S stainless steel mirrors. When designing a panoramic vision system, please use the lens with the focal length closest to the values in the table.
